Subscription (for bank transfer)

1. Subscription via internet/email/phone

   If you apply by subscription form
   Please click " Subscription " from the side menu, select the publication you wish to subscribe to, and then click "Subscription Procedure". After filling out the required information and clicking "Proceed to Confirmation Screen," if your order is correct, click "Place Order. Our accountant will contact you later.

   *If you are a credit card subscriberSign Up After registering as a member, please select "Credit" as your payment method on the order page.

2. Mailing of payment form

   After confirming your order, an invoice will be mailed to you. Please check the contents of the invoice when you receive it and make your payment. (Subscription will begin only after payment is confirmed.)

3. Payment (Bank Transfer / Bank Wire Transfer)

   We accept either bank transfer or postal transfer.

4. Start Subscription

   If you subscribe during the month, you will receive the Syukan Syogyo Publishing (tabloid size, published every Monday), Daily Cosmetics (B5 size, published every Monday through Friday), and Direct sales Journal (A4 size, published every Monday), which are all published during the month.

Additional Digital Subscriptions

I subscribe to the print edition, but what is the procedure for subscribing to the digital edition as well?

Please click on the "Add Digital Print Edition" banner on the subscription form, fill in the necessary information on the subscription form, and then write your "print edition customer number" (the 8-digit number starting with 000- under your name on the newspaper strip) in the "Inquiry Details" field. Please indicate [the customer number for the print edition] (the 8-digit number beginning with 000- under your name on the newspaper's obi) in the Inquiry box. We will issue an invoice immediately.

Issuance of ID/password for digital print edition

When can I start viewing the digital version of the print edition?

We will send you an invoice approximately 2 to 3 business days after receiving your application for the digital print version of your subscription. After confirming your payment, we will send you an ID and temporary password by e-mail, which you can view by entering the ID and temporary password in the "Login" section of the Digital Edition top page ( https://ebook.syogyo.jp/).

How can I view the digital version on my smartphone?

Customers who subscribe to the digital print edition can access the digital print edition website with their smartphones. Please click here for detailed instructions.

Features and Benefits of Web Article Membership Plans

Subscription Plans (Monthly)

Important

If you subscribe to another subscription plan while you are already subscribed to a Web article membership, the expiration date of the additional subscription plan will be until the expiration date of the subscription plan you were already subscribed to.
Therefore, the fee for the additional subscription plan will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, with one month being 30 days.
All subscription plans will be billed at the rates listed above for the next and subsequent Web article memberships.

① Subscribe to Syukan Syogyo Publishing (limited subscription) on 9/1/2015
Initial payment is 980 yen and the subscription expires on 9/30/2015.

(2) Additional subscription to Daily Cosmetics (unlimited) on 9/10/2015
The initial subscription fee is ¥16,600 for the remaining 20 days after deducting 10 days of elapsed time, pro-rated on a daily basis.

(3) Cancellation must be made at least 5 days prior to the subscription expiration date
If the expiration date is 9/30/2015, please make sure to complete the procedure by midnight on 9/25/2015.

Subscription (for credit card payment)

How can I pay the annual subscription fee by credit card?

To pay by credit card, go to " Japanese Cosmetics News Online " https://www.syogyo.jp/After logging in to ( free registration required), [My Page] -> [Credit Card Registration], register your credit card information first, and then subscribe from [Publications] at the top of the homepage.
After confirming the automatic e-mail, we will contact you to your registered e-mail address within a few days.
Please note that once you have registered your credit card information, you will not be able to delete it. Please note that once you have registered your credit card, we will not be able to delete it.
We will update your existing ID for the digital paper version as well as for the bank transfer.
*Invoice receipts can be downloaded from My Page [Subscription History].

If I pay the annual subscription fee by credit card, will the next renewal be automatic?

Subscriptions to the print and digital editions will not be automatically paid for at the time of your next renewal.
To renew your subscription, please log in to Japanese Cosmetics News Online and select the publication type from "Publications https://www.syogyo.jp/publications /".
An invoice will be mailed to you two or three months prior to your next renewal. Please confirm the renewal month and subscription details on the invoice.

Changing the Shipping Address for Subscriptions

How do I change my shipping address or mailing address?

We will confirm the details and get back to you within a few days.
*To prevent mishearing of your changes, we ask that you contact us by e-mail or fax, not by phone. We will reply with the new address, so there will be no mistakes.
Please note that you cannot change your shipping address or name from the My Page on the Syukan Syogyo Publishing website ( https://www.syogyo.jp/ ).
If you do not notify us of a change of address and your package is returned as "address not applicable," we cannot determine the address to which we will send your package in the future, and we will temporarily stop sending it to you. Please note that we will resume shipping as soon as we receive your new address.

Changing Subscription Details

What procedures do I need to follow if I want to change my publication type?

We will reissue your invoice at letter@syogyo.jp Please contact us at. Please note that you will need to register your e-mail address for the digital version.
Digital print editions are only available for Syukan Syogyo Publishing and C&T.
You can switch from the print edition to the digital edition or from the digital edition to the print edition.

Can I switch my subscription method during the subscription period?

Switching is possible. We will issue a statement of changeover (statement of settlement), so please contact us at letter@syogyo.jp Please contact us at. Digital print edition" is an annual subscription. We will offset the subscription fee already paid from the annual subscription fee for the renewal subscription. Please note that you will be billed for any remaining subscription period. Please check the changeover statement (settlement statement) for the amount and other details.
We also accept switching from "print edition" to "digital print edition" or "digital print edition" to "print edition" or other media.

About Web Article Membership and PDF Purchases

I would like to apply for a web article membership, but I cannot use a corporate card. Can I subscribe by bank transfer?

The system only accepts credit card payments. Please consider using your personal card and billing your company later.
You can download an invoice receipt from My Page [Subscription History]. The address can be changed, but only once, so please be sure to make the correct address. I received an e-mail that my Web article membership (paid plan) could not be renewed.
What procedures are necessary in this case?

If you were not able to renew your invoice, we will send you an email inviting you to renew your invoice separately from the system's automatic email.
The main reason for failure of renewal is "expiration of credit card".
Even if you continue to use the same card, the "expiration date" setting is mandatory, so please re-register within the expiration date. If you re-register after the expiration date has expired and you receive an automatic e-mail, a system error may occur and you may not be able to renew smoothly. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please allow plenty of time to complete the procedure.

My invoice receipt is not displayed as usual.

To obtain a receipt for credit card payments, go to "Subscription History" on "My Page" and click on the tab for the product type * → Click on the "Issue Receipt" button below the charge.
The "Receipt" will not be displayed in the product list displayed after clicking "Subscription History". Please be sure to select the product type tab 【PDF】, 【Paper Edition, Digital Paper Edition】, or 【WEB Article Membership】 for your purchase.

You can change the address to your company name, but please make sure to do so only once. If you have been issued with an incorrect address, please contact us so that we can reissue it.

What procedure do I need to follow if I want to cancel my WEB article membership?

Please go to [My Page] -> [Web Article Membership] -> Subscription Plans -> [Cancel] to cancel your subscription. This procedure is not a "withdrawal" procedure, and only "Web Article Membership" can be cancelled. Please be assured that your purchased PDF files will not be deleted. Please note that you cannot cancel your subscription from your cell phone ([Cancel] will not appear), so please make sure to cancel from your computer.
Even if you cancel during the contract period, you will still be able to view your account for the duration of the contract.

Credit Card Registration

I cannot register my credit card.

In order to ensure the safety of our customers, we have introduced the "Identity authentication service 3D Secure/EMV 3D Secure" from April 2025.
Depending on your credit card company, you may be required to register for 3D Secure authentication (pre-registration for use). If an error code (authentication code) is displayed on the procedure screen, please use a card that has already been used on another e-commerce site or visit letter@syogyo.jp Please let us know at. If the error code turns out to be related to 3D Secure, please contact your credit card company by yourself as we are unable to help you.

Other

I renewed my subscription, but I no longer subscribe, so please cancel and refund my subscription.

We do not accept refunds for cancellations made before the end of the subscription period.
